Back in 2005 we took a trip of a lifetime to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. I finally got around to editing all the footage and creating DVDs. I’ve broken the segments up and over time will be putting them on Vimeo (you can only upload 500MB a week).

Here is the first video in the series… Beijing, pt. 1

  • If the US Gov’t RIAA, have their way, pretty soon border guards will have the green light to take your music players, laptops etc., confiscate and/or destroy them as well as fine you because they think you are in possession of copyrighted material. WTF! I guess this also includes cell phones since most phones now play music.

Is this not a wonderful world we live in? Shouldn’t they be more concerned about terrorism then if I have the latest Madonna rip on my iPOD?

I can just see these border guards after a long day at work. “Hey honey I’m home… guess what? I got you that new iPhone you always wanted. What? There are already phone numbers in it? Geez, I wonder how they got there?”

  • Create a quick 30 sec video…

I came across this cool site that allows you to upload your pictures or grab them from one of your sites, ie. Flickr.com, add music and create a fun cool video slide show.

NOTE: You can only create a 30 sec video using 15 pictures (for free) and if you want to create a full length video it will cost you $3/video or $30/year. If you decide to sign up for an account, please enter my e-mail in the referral box “paul.wesson@gmail.com”.

Here is a quick video I did from our recent trip to Mexico.
